Now this is a big deal because nothing ever has my name on it, no funky keyrings, pens or magnets, absolutely nothing! If anything ever does have my name on it, it is spelt with an i. So I was super stoked that my first Zoya was also called Robyn.
Anyway, onto the mani. Since my Mum picked the polish, I let her design the whole mani. I asked her to pick a stamping design and a colour that would work with the blue of the Zoya.
Here is what she came up with:
Here is what I used:
No7 So Smooth Base Coat*
Zoya Robyn
Barry M Silver Foil
Seche Vite
BM-21
I really love this! Even more so coming from a person who has no nails, seriously my Mum has bitten them all the way down so they don't grow anymore, so I think she picked a really good design.
Now these pictures look totally different colours but it was really hard to photograph. The real colour is somewhere between the 2 of these pictures and maybe not a colour I would usually pick but I absolutely loved it as soon as it went on.
So I now have to treat myself to more Zoya's as I'm totally converted. Goes on like a dream, hardly any clean up and cruelty free! What more could you ask for?
Robyn x
ps - sorry about the tip wear but I didn't have a chance to take any pictures before I had been at work for 2 days.
Glad you found something with your name on it ! :-)
ReplyDeleteI was wondering about Zoya, I'm sure gonna give it a try, it is really pretty!
